construction is an India based real estate firm. The company is primarily involved in turnkey
construction projects in residential and commercial buildings in Delhi NCR. It has also worked
closely with various embassies. In addition to the turnkey projects and working with embassies,
the company also develops builder floors and sells it in its own name.
Our History
Company was started by Mr. Sushil Bajaj and till date has completed numerous projects. Company is ably run by Mr. Sushil Bajaj, who is a civil engineer from B.I.T.S., Pilani. The company is in the capacity to complete any type of Building projects within the stipulated time schedule & cost. Due attention is given towards quality, time and safety which has given the name & recognition to the company by the appreciation of various Embassies & high profile clients. Therefore the company is on the march towards its expansion and to get / complete upcoming mega projects within the national capital region. Initially the company was working in the name of Bajaj Constructions Pvt Ltd.
Mr. Sushil Bajaj has 32 years of diverse experience in the field of construction. He started his career as site engineer with M/s H S Nag & Associates. Within a year, he became the project in-charge handling prestigious projects like construction of Australian High Commission, Swedish Embassy, New Zealand High Commission and American Embassy Visa Section etc.
Then he formed his own company in 1989 and successfully undertook various projects with French Embassy and Japanese Embassy. Also, completed many residential buildings spread over NCR in areas like Sainik Farms, Shivalik, Kirti Nagar, Jangpura, Saraswati Vihar, Faridabad and South City, Gurgaon. Our firm just finished a residential project (civil structural works) for Mr. Rajeev Sethi at C-49, Niti Bagh, New Delhi. Mr. Rajeev Sethi, a Padma Bhushan awardee, is a noted Indian designer, scenographer and art curator, who is renowned worldwide for his designs. Currently working on residential building projects (six floors) in Sushant Lok-1 Gurgaon, Palam Vihar Gurgaon & East of Kailash Delhi, Sama Hospital on Siri Fort road, New Delhi and a BPO office in Udyog Vihar Phase V, Gurgaon.
